I guess money can buy you out of jail time. Is it fair for Paris to pardon because of her social or celebrity status, or should she be treated the same?

She should definitely be treated worse.
Her pardon-plea would piss me off, if I was a judge.
She should get the freaking book slammed in her face.
It’s so ridiculous how celebrities get pardoned for almost everything.
What do they do for us?
Yes, they give us entertainment…
But really…So what??
Everyone survived just fine without entertainment.
They’re stuck up, snotty, rich people who usually can buy themselves out of trouble.
Especially Paris Hilton.

She does absolutely nothing for anyone.
I’m so sick of seeing celebrities get off the hook with just a “slap on the wrist”.

Paris should be treated just like the rest of us. If any of us broke probation and drove on a suspended license we’d get jail time so I can’t see why she should be any different. Paris seems to get her irresponsible attitude from her mother who can’t see that Paris has done anything wrong. Extreme amounts of money if care is not taken (like Oprah does) can warp ones view of reality.

Celebrity status (in my opinion) should NEVER be a reason to not convict someone of a crime they have committed. If you do the crime, you do that time, and it should be the same for anyone.

She needs to pull her head out of her @ss and suck it up. She broke the law, now she has to pay for it. What I am ticked about is that people are trying to get her pardoned and she is given a lighter sentence than any person or their cousin.
