i don’t think so…. she will probably just get a fine or something (money is power or haven’t you noticed),,,i agree so many non black celebs have gotten away with stuff like this and nothing happened.

I doubt it. We have not heard of her having many run ins with the law, actually this one is the first I have heard of.

It won’t ruin her. Although I think drinking and driving is a pathetic choice, most celebrities walk away from these incidents unscathed. Viveca Fox will be no different! I just wish for once one of these celebrities would come out and admit that they were drinking and driving or that they have a problem with alchohol. And no one ever serves jail time!
