okay, so normal unfamous people, when we get arrested 4 drunk driving or something, then we stay in jail 4 years or even a lifetime! but when the person is famous, like britney spears or paris hilton, they go 2 jail 4 3 days or something!!!! why is it totally unfair?! i think that is called discrimination! why can’t the gov.(or whoever does it) just pick one 4 all of us! either everyone stays in jail 4 3 days, or every one stays in jail for years or a lifetime! but, don’t u think its unfair?!

I think its very unfair, and i don’t understand why the law system does this. Just coz their famous, dosen’t mean you have to suck up to them?
Besides most celebrities pay fines so they don’t go into jail, and most ordinary people can’t afford these.

Very, very, very, very unfair. Just because they feel bad for the celebrities and they have special rights. It is so frustrating, and someone needs to put a stop to this. Celebrities are normal people and nothing else. If I saw a celebrity on the street, I wouldn’t go crazy like most people. I have more to say, but that is a summary of my opinion.

Of course it’s unfair. I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying, Money talks, BS walks. Not everyone gets a chance to be arrested in Hollywood.

Nobody goes to jail for 4 years for DUI, unless you have 3 or 4 and then you deserve it. If you look up the time that most people get for driving on a suspended license(like Paris) you will see that most people get far less time, and usually just get probation. She got 45 days. She got more time than most because of who she is. In that case, her celebrity worked against her. I do not think celbrities get less time than normal people. Show me a link to one time where somebody did. With the jails and prisons so overcrowded now, most people only do a fraction of their sentence. You only hear about it when it is somebody famous though. I assure you, celebrities get just as much time as everybody else and I challenge anybody to give me 1 (one) link that proves different.
