She should serve the full 45 days! Can’t beleive they might let her off with 3 weeks! What if she had hit someone? If us “normo’s” did that we’d be banged up no questions asked.

she so got what she deserved, just cause she’s a celeb she thinks she can do what she wants, i personally wish that they would lock her up for longer. any regular person would have got a stronger punishment so she should stop moaning and get on with it.

Celebrities are no more important than the rest of us. They are rich, proud people who like to pretend they can do whatever they like, and that the law doesn’t apply to them. Paris Hilton broke the law, she should be punished accordingly. So she’s famous, who cares?

I hope not it not fair that she get the best room with views, while the other in tiny room share max of 2 or 3 people in one cell? No way for her to have special! She need to learn just like the other people who are in long term in jail much more than she has to serve time in jail.So I agree that she is trying getting off lighting but it is pissed me off too.

I think she will go and why ….let’s say will not avoid or receive another sanction because she is paris hilton and she has despised too much people …..I don ‘t think it is only for the DUI infraction (even it is the tird time she commits it)

She certainly got what she deserved because she knew that her license was suspended and that she hadn’t done her mandatory alcohol threatment program. She should just do her time and quit crying about it.

She’s a convicted drink driver who drove without a licence or insurance. It should have been a longer sentence.
With all her money she could have taken a Cab………….no excuses

have plenty of it,then you can get away with anything,even when she goes to jail,DOES anyone think she’ll be treated the same way as
