The b*tch is going back to where she belongs. She left the courtroom screaming and crying and calling out for her parents (like the spoiled brat she is) because she has to serve the rest of her 45 day (yeah 45) jail sentence.
Awww poor baby. The spoiled b*tch is calling for her rich mommy and daddy. About time the law doesn’t give celebrities so much slack.

Obviously you, and the rest of the naive people on these posts, haven’t ever been the victim of the inequities in our justice system. Paris Hilton is not a criminal, but she’s being treated that way. She broke motor vehicle laws. She’s not a murderer or a rapist or a kidnapper. The point that everyone is missing is that none of us, not you, not me, not anyone, and that includes rich celebrities, should be put in jail for breaking motor vehicle laws. Our country is out of control with strict laws, and it’s just a matter of time before each of these people on here has their moment when they’re being treated unfairly by our justice system. Maybe then they’ll grow up and have a little empathy for even the Paris Hilton’s of the world when the judges and/or police like to use their authority to push people around. I think it’s disgusting how many little minded people there are on these posts who don’t know any better because they haven’t lived life yet – obviously. Just wait till they do.

i agree that she needs to serve some time but think how bad emotionally she is. She was told that she would serve at home and now she is back in jail, she is going to go through an emotional breakdown cause of this…

How sad that at her age she was calling for her mom and crying. It’s not like she’s a small child – she’s in her 20s!
It seems strange to me that she is so distraught over spending 45 days in jail. I know spending 45 days in jail wouldn’t exactly be a picnic, but it’s not the worst sentence in the world either. If I were her I think I’d be glad it wasn’t longer.
I almost wonder if there is some other reason she is really upset. I think she has spent these past few years working really hard to deliver a certain persona. Maybe she thinks that going to jail will strip that away? Maybe she’ll be without her makeup, her extensions, her fake blue contact lenses? Maybe she’s afraid people will find out she had a boob job after all (she denies it and says it’s just a push-up bra – ya, we’re all that stupid I guess)?
In any case, maybe the jail time will force her to grow up.
Her mother should take some of the blame too. I’d feel like an asshole if that was my child!
