My opinion: She’s going to jail because she deserves it. The Special Needs unit is understandable because she’ll be singled out by fellow inmates, and though I think that she’s a worthless contributor to society, she doesn’t deserve to get killed for violating court order. The “Good behavior” thing is ridiculous because that isn’t given to everyone in the same situation and was just a pressured judge’s way around admitting it was because she’s rich and a “celebrity”. The “Life-Alert” alarm system won’t keep any other inmate from doing what they want to do. Some people work that way and even a 5 second response time is time enough to get shanked or knocked out.

I thought she was going to be separated from the prison population. Her mother calls it “horrendous”? In court she was cheering about it! she’s as goofy as her kid is. They’re letting her out early because they figure that’s about all they can take of her and I’ll bet she ends up serving less than two weeks.

That’s not right. Jails are supposed to be scary. If being a celebrity puts her in an extra danger, she should’ve taken her actions with more care. That is just a downside of her being so well known.

i think its crap i mean if it was anyone else they wouldn’t have gotten all those luxeries. there should be no exceptions and i think its funny that they’re making such a big deal out of it like no one else has ever been to jail and its not like shes roughing it. they’re pathetic i knew she’d get it easy.
