I agree. I think the judge let his personal feeling enter into his decision. I have seen convicted felons do less jail time for much worse crimes. It is reverse discrimination and if the ACLU is out to help everybody, they should help her.

Are you for real? Like the judge has any time for going after a whiney tart with money. Give me a break. Paris Hilton is a spoiled brat who needs to read her own paperwork instead of blaming everything on her publicist for crying out loud! Just for argument’s sake, let’s say she didn’t read the information, who’s to blame for that? She’s a grown woman! Paris needs to stop pointing fingers and be accountable for her own actions for once in her life.
What’s next? She’s going to blame a pregnancy on the fact that her hairdresser didn’t make sure she took her pill?
Or how about this one…”Sorry your honor, I know I was driving 200 miles an hour in a school zone and hit those little kids, but my agent toooooollllllldddd me tooooooooo. Now if those parents would just have kept their kids out of my wayyyyyyy….
Pulllleeez. She deserves everything the law can throw at her.

Just because your rich it doesn’t mean you are above the law. If you are a big figgure in the world I think you shouldd actully get more to show others that they wont get away with it.

If her last name was Smith and she was an average middle-class working woman, would you still think this was an injustice? I don’t think the judge was out to get her, he’s trying to show her that just because she’s rich, she’s not above the law. I don’t make a lot of money, and if I did what Paris did, I believe I’d get the same sentence.

Well, let’s see. She’s a drunk driver. She drove on a suspended license because the rules don’t apply to her. She was caught speeding with her headlights off. The girl shouldn’t be driving. Fire the lawyers and hire a chauffeur. Her mother was angry today, but if her daughter goes out and kills someone or herself while drunk driving, she’ll be blaming these very same people for not doing something to prevent it.

She was knowingly driving on a suspended license. The sentence handed down was what everyone would have gotten in similar circumstances. Her being rich or “pretty” as you put it had nothing to do with it. Celebrities have got to learn that life is not a game and there are consequences for their actions.

It may be unfair, but the girl needs a reality check. You got your facts wrong, she is rich, but she is not pretty. I don’t feel bad for her one bit. She shows a big disregard for the law and the punishment may be harsh, but I won’t be crying over the injustice over it.

She’s Guilty ,guess what normal people have laws they have to follow what planet did you come from, you want him removed why are you one of her drinking buddiesdon’t worry her money will probably buy her out of this. She should have been arrested back when she stole all those magazines, but poor little Paris got out of it they show her on the tv smashing hercar DRUNK and she could care less. Feel sorry for the person she’ll hit in the future while drunk …..
