there are some celebrities like kanye west, cash warren, and heath ledger who have gone after people filming them and taking photos- like hit them, etc. some stars like halle berry and even brad pitt have sued people for trust passing on their own property. like shouldn’t this be illegal, some of them trust pass on people’s property, make stories to defame people’s names, etc. even princess diana died trying to get out of the lime light. it makes me wonder, how can someone just get in your face with a camera, follow you for 10 blocks, and not be arrested.

Their famous with lots of money, so its not a big deal
I can care less if the pap takes pics of them all day, takes vids of their kids or whatever. not a big deal to me. its the paps job to do that.

edit- Yup, maybe when I’m famous i will understand it. but I’m not!
but those ppl already knew whats going down…the new kids today coming up to be actors or whatever. they know about the gossip sites, and pap taking pics. So to me, I don’t give a damn.

It sure should, or at least some of it should, in my opinion. At some point, though, you would violate freedom of the press, so it would be unconstitutional. I mean, you can’t ban people from taking photos in public.
If I were a celebrity being hounded by one of those people, I’d hire my own photogropher to hound him and his family until he stopped.
