The b*tch is going back to where she belongs. She left the courtroom screaming and crying and calling out for her parents (like the spoiled brat she is) because she has to serve the rest of her 45 day (yeah 45) jail sentence.
Awww poor baby. The spoiled b*tch is calling for her rich mommy and daddy. About time the law doesn’t give celebrities so much slack.
I think this calls for a PARTY!!

Personally I think she got off lightly.
These celebrities (or children of the rich and famous) think that the law does not apply to them and it really p***es me off.
They are often put upon as so called “roll models” and as such should serve the toughest possible sentence as it would probably act more of a deterrent to everyone else.
It should not matter who you are or what Country you live or are from, the law is the law and it should apply to everyone (But so often never does to these spoilt rich people).

Paris Hilton is to be tagged with an alarm to protect her from fellow prison inmates.
The hotel heiress will be provided with a panic device giving her a 24-hour link to prison guards in case she encounters trouble when she begins her prison sentence next month, according to Britain’s The Sun newspaper.
Hilton must report to Century Regional Detention Centre in Los Angeles by June 5 after she was found guilty of driving with a suspended licence.
As well as being tagged with an alarm ‘The Simple Life’ star will be kept in the prison’s ‘special needs’ unit, which is reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates.
The 26-year-old has made it known she is “really scared” by the prospect of going to jail.
Her sentence has already been cut from 45 to 23 days for “good behaviour,” despite the fact that she has yet to begin serving it.
Hilton’s mother Kathy called her daughter’s imprisonment “horrendous.”

if it just me or has the U.S. legalsystem has gone terribly wrong. Here we have Paris Hilton arrested for DUI and she surves only three days in jail becasue she was stressed or depressed! to me, this shows how poor our legalsystem is. It really pisses me off when i see people treated as gods just becasue of fame and money. What are the kids gonna grow up thinking? that celebrities get to do whatever they want and not have to pay the price (be arrested.)

I’m sorry, but what is all of this nonsense about “free paris”? does she deserve it? hell no. just because shes rich and has had “daddys credit card” to get her through life doesnt mean she deserves the special prison cell or any less of a sentence than anyone else. im sorry, but if you do the crime, you do the time. just because shes a “celebrity” doesnt give her special rights to evade the judicial system. its ridiculous. you say america holds values and such, yet when we have some silly rich girl doing a crime, she gets special treatment as if her crime is something to pretend didnt happen. its ridiculous. and by the way paris, get real. just because youve had daddys gold card doesnt make you any more of a person than anyone else. have a taste of real life, instead of screaming there like a spoilt brat. does anyone else share my opinion? whats yours?

The online petition compares her ‘injustice’ to that of Richard Nixon’s. The petition also states other celebrities have been slapped on the wrist, serving no jail time for the same arrest. She was arrested for violating probation and the other celebrities were charged with a first offense. The petition states she provide beauty and excitement to our otherwise mundane lives.
How can she even ask for a pardon is she calls us mundane? Why does she deserve special treatment? 45 days in jail won’t kill her. Hell, knowing her track record, she’ll turn that time into some kind of money making enterprise. I don’t see what the big deal is.
